At the heart of Efu\u2019s work is a vision of integrated healing<\/strong> \u2014 one that recognizes the complexity of trauma and the importance of working across multiple layers: the body<\/strong>, the nervous system<\/strong>, the family system<\/strong>, and ancestral lineage<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Euphrasia (Efu) Nyaki was born and raised on the slope of mountain Kilimanjaro inTanzania, where she gained the\u00a0 essence and vital \u00a0healing energy from her ancestors. The strength of her ancestors lead her to earn a Bachelor of Science degree, trained as a science teacher, and later was trained as a healer using holistic methods. Efu enjoys helping others and for this reason she joined an International Catholic Missionary community called Maryknoll sisters of Saint Dominick for the fulfillment of her desires to serve others.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

\u00a0Efu is a\u00a0Faculty Member of Somatic Experiencing\u00ae founded by Dr Peter Levine, and a Professor of Family Constellation System Therapy by Hellinger Institute. In the last 30 years Efu has been living in Brazil facilitating trainings and therapy for trauma healing using Somatic Experiencing\u00ae and Family Constellation System Therapy (Generational trauma healing).<\/strong><\/p>

While living in Brazil, Efu has also been travelling in different countries such as India, Egypt, South Korea, China, Bolivia, Peru, Spain, Uruguay, Tanzania, Philippines, and Hong Kong facilitating trainings and workshops on different kinds of trauma healing.<\/strong><\/p>

Due to Pandemic situation, Efu has been giving international trainings, workshops, summits, webinars, podcasts, conferences, and individual therapy sessions online; all about trauma healing using Somatic Experiencing\u00ae, and Family Constellation System Therapy. \u00a0Efu is a co- founder of AFYA: Holistic Healing Center located in the northeast of Brazil. Afya supports many people from the local community as well as national and international individuals that approaches the center to receive support in healing, using different types of natural and holistic healing methodologies.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
