I have had the privilege of experiencing Efu's transformative work in both family constellations and somatic experiencing—as a client, student, assistant, and coordinator. Her teachings, presence, and way of being continue to inspire me and shape my personal and professional growth.
In January 2022, I joined Efu's team of assistants during the first BIPOC Somatic Experiencing (SE) training—a historic moment addressing a significant collective need. Her unique approach to SE through the BIPOC lens has been profoundly enriching and healing across transgenerational, collective, organizational, and personal levels.

I was introduced to Efu through a friend after surviving a fatal car accident that left me with debilitating PTSD. I felt disconnected, lost, and unsure if I’d ever feel whole again.
