Sound is a sign of presence.
When we hear a sound, we become aware—something or someone is here. In this sense, healing is the act of announcing and embodying our wholesome presence in the here and now. It is a journey of making and becoming sound—a state of grounded awareness and vibrant being.
Healing is not linear. It may take a moment, a few hours, days, weeks, months, or even years. But one key remains constant throughout this journey: awareness.
As I humbly call myself a healer, I walk with and guide others using two primary modalities: Somatic Experiencing, founded by Dr. Peter Levine, and Family Constellation System Therapy, created by Bert Hellinger. I weave these approaches together within a sacred container shaped by the wisdom of my cultural heritage, the energy of the land where I was born, and the spirit of every place my soul has touched. I continue to gather and carry this energy as I walk this path of making and becoming sound.
The Flow of Love in Family Constellation Therapy
In Family Constellation System Therapy, we honor what Hellinger called the orders of love—natural principles that, when followed, allow love to flow freely. These are the roots of healing, of soundness.
Belonging
To heal, we must take our rightful place—in our families, in our lineages, and in the world. When we
do so, we reclaim our power. We declare, “I am here. I belong.” And when we belong, we are free. We are fully present. We can see others clearly in their rightful place. We hear their sound. They hear ours.
We all belong.
Giving and Receiving
Healing flows when we allow ourselves to receive what has been passed down—from our parents, our ancestors, and life itself. When we truly receive, we become like a roaring fountain—overflowing with love, wisdom, and creative energy to give back to the world.
As we give, we also receive in return. This sacred rhythm maintains balance, flow, and vitality.
Then we are well. We become the endless sound of a flowing river.
Reverence for Those Who Came Before
To truly heal, we must hold reverence for our ancestors. When we bow to those who came before us, we open ourselves to their blessings. Their voices echo gently through time:
“May you and your descendants be blessed.”
In this sacred acknowledgment, we are released from inherited pain. We feel wholeness in our bodies, we experience joy, and we live abundantly.
We dance in the sound of life itself.
Gratitude: The Essence of Wellness
Perhaps the most powerful force in healing is gratitude—even for the seemingly difficult experiences. When we become aware of all that we have received, we heal faster, grow stronger, and feel more joy.
Gratitude turns pain into wisdom. It tunes us into the beauty of being alive.
Gratitude is the song of the healed soul.
To become sound is to come home—to our bodies, our breath, our lineages, and the sacred ground beneath us.
It is a return to presence. A return to love. A return to wholeness.
